Like our car, our mind needs a good tune up every now andthen, so that we can be on the ball and on the right track. Those who fail to give their mind a good tune up, are thosewho will fall behind the eight ball. These are they who put themselves through a lot of pain andsuffering, by doing things that they ought not be doing. The order of creation is as I have mentioned many times is,BE before Do, and then HAVE.Those who are not acquainted with this order, are those whoare going to put the cart before the horse, and that is asilly thing to do.To BE or not to BE - that is the question! Those who allow themselves to BE, are those who areWHOLEHEARTED.Being WHOLEHEARTED, is to have the ability to DO all of thethings that our heart desires, and to be on the right track. It also allows us to BE TRUE UNTO OUR OWN TRUE SELVES.Where our ability comes from, is our MIND, and so our mindhas to be in good working condition. Thus, there a very real need to make sure that we give ourmind a regular tune up - preferably each day, so as to keepit in tip top condition. The way to assure that our mind is in good workingcondition, is to give it a good work out.In other words exercise the powers of mind - starting withPatience.Patience is the mother of all the powers of mind - themother of all the attributes of mind.Regular exercise will allow the mind to grow strong andincisive, and man to be mentally conscious - not merely bodyor animal conscious. The Mind is causation - so those that have error belief intheir mind, are not going to be acting in their own bestinterests. Our Mind needs to be in the clear, and so all human errorbelief needs to be phased out before we will advance alonglife's road.Instead of having human error belief, we need life'sanswers, and this is why we must search our soul.Life's answers are there in our soul - waiting for us touncover them. Thus there is a need to attend to our soul's work before wewill find those answers. This is Our Father's work - the work that the young Jesusattended to before he commenced his mission on earth.Jesus grew up to be of strong and incisive minded, but onlybecause he sought to bring his little bit of heaven toearth. To bring his little bit of heaven to earth, he used to tuneup his mind by giving it regular, daily exercise. He went into the orange grove, sat himself down, askedquestions, and searched his soul for life's answers. This, he truly believed, and of course, he received answersthat astounded his elders, who wondered where he had come bythose answers. The elders knew that Jesus was the son of a carpenter, butthey did not regard the carpenter as being a wise man. They regarded him as being a man of average intelligence, and yet, there was Jesus, a young boy with above averageintelligence, and they wondered how come. They had no idea that the boy had been working on himself tobetter himself, and that this was how he came by life'sanswers - by searching his soul.Jesus was wise beyond his years, and of course, it came as asurprise to many who had lived far longer than this mereboy.Jesus had wasted no time getting down to his Father'sbusiness [that of his soul].Instead of playing silly games, he would go and work onhimself, and it paid dividends. He was a studious boy, and he sought to study life, and thatled him to search his soul for life's answers, and ofcourse, he was able to shed light on the way to live withoutpain and suffering. As he grew into a mature man, he gave enlightening talks tothose who were suffering. These were they who were torturing themselves - those whowere unconsciously inflicting pain and suffering onthemselves.Jesus spoke in parables, so as to allow those who weregenuinely interested in what he had to say, to work it outfor themselves. He didn't give the information that he had gathered to thegeneral public on a platter - they had to work it out forthemselves.Jesus believed, and rightly so too, that every man had towork for his living - every man had to exercise the powersof his own mind.He told them how to get life's answers. In other words, Jesus showed the people of his time, how tofish for life's answers. Holy Bible Matthew 4:10Those who were able to follow his words, were those whocottoned on to the ideas that he expounded - andillustrated. The way the Jesus showed the people, was by example, andthose who followed his example, were able to see how it was, that they could turn their lives around, and stop the selfinflicted wounds.Of course, it required self discipline, but that was a smallprice to pay considering how much it was costing themlusting after the ways of the flesh.Today, it is still the same; we all have the means, and allthat we need to do to apply ourselves and those means. We can apply ourselves and use those means to come up withlife's answers, to our questions - provided that we want tobetter ourselves and have a better lifestyle.Life is the University to which we all ought to attend, andall of our minds are in need of regular tune ups - not justevery now and then, but on a daily basis, because they areall sadly lacking life's answers.Without life's answers, we cannot set the record straightfor future generations.
