Let's Learn to be Positive

Memories of past failures and defeats can have a negative effect on you. You’ll have to learn to walk away from an experience and go on to something else. Let me help you out to start with


Let’s eliminate some words from your vocabulary. The first word is "impossible"

Start tomorrow morning and keep a record of the times you say or think something cannot be done or cannot happen. Just before you go to bed write down the number of times that thought came in to your mind. Then Concentrate on reducing the number of times the following day. By the end of the week the negative thoughts shouldn't come to mind as often. Then you will begin to think in the term of "Possible". Please try this it will change your negative thinking patterns.
